Our office accepts assignment of benefits from most insurance plans. Please call our office to make an appointment and we will be happy to answer any insurance questions you may have.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks. For our patients' convenience, we also accept care credit for long-term payment plans. Care credit is a third-party credit program which can provide patients with interest-free financing for up to eighteen months for those who qualify. Short term payment plans can be made through the office on a case-by-case basis.
